My neurologist suggested I find a hobby to fill my days. I picked ART.
I had always wanted to learn to paint. So I took up a brush and started.
Years ago I dabbled in hobby ceramics which was my only previous art experience.
I have since found I love to paint with Acrylics, draw with graphite, use inks and now dabble with water colours. I have also taken up a little of photography.
I love loud colours, abstracts when im in the mood and simple drawings when relaxing.
I do my art on my good days, its a hobby that now works around how im feeling. No pressure and no stress which is great for my health and well being.
