Information for buyers.
1. View Artwork by Categories down the left side of any page on this website or from the Home page Todays Featured Artwork. Alternatively put a keyword in the Site Search under the Home Tab. You could search for colour, style or an emotion that you are trying to achieve with an artwork, and if the artist has added any of these keywords in their description, you will automatically see it.
2. When you purchase a piece of artwork, you will only be charged the price on the artwork, no extra for shipping or credit card fees. (NB. This website is designed for purchasing for residents of Australia, please contact us if you wish to purchase and you reside outside of Australia.)
3. After you purchase and pay, the artist is notified by Art Me to get their artwork ready to ship within 5 days. Please contact Art Me if you have not received your artwork within 7 days of purchase.
4. Art Me holds all money for 14 working days from purchase to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
5. After the 14 working days, or your notice of satisfaction to Art Me the funds will only then be made available to the artist.
6. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Art Me at your earliest convenience to arrange return shipping. Please also keep all packaging, so you can repack the same as it came to you. If we have not heard from you for 14 days after you receive your shipment notification, we will assume you are happy with your purchase.
7. If the packaging looks damaged before you even open it, please take a photo of this before you unpack it, in case of damage to the artwork. If the artwork is damaged when opened, take more photos and send it through to firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements with the shipping companies insurance.
8. Art Me welcomes your feedback and would love customer testimonials. Please do so through the contact us form. This way we can rate our sellers and give them a star rating after they have five or more sales.
All artwork prices are just that, nothing extra. No extra for postage or shipping within Australia. So buy with the added confidence knowing there will be no nasty added extras at check-out.
